Saturday, May 31st

Yesterday was my 1st chemo treatment. It was a long day, but so far the side-effects are pretty mild. The nurse who administered the chemo was a total pro and kept a close eye on me. Anna came and sat with me during the last part and she gave me gatorade and snacks.

So far, so good. One day at a time. Today, we're off to look at Lazy Boy recliners like they have in the chemo room so we'll be off furniture shopping this afternoon.

Thanks to everyone who has logged on and supported me during this fight.

Big B

Anna and Brian - Today I was putting "sunscream" on Isabella and I explained to her what you guys were going through right now and she said to me, "I hope that they are taking good care of Brian." I told her that you were in good hands and that you will be OK. It brought tears to my eyes. We think about you guys all the time. So much love from the Nardells,
Isabella, Keaton, Lara, and Kevin
